I wanted to post an update during these crazy times. I have removed the sneak preview of the new album but new songs will be posted very soon. I am extremely excited to share this new album with everyone!
Due to Covid-19, I've decided to put shows and tour plans on hold. As much as I want to be out there performing, I think the most important thing is for everyone to be safe right now.
Keep an eye out for new music and as always, thank you for the support.
Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick with pneumonia in the middle of the recording process. That set me back a few weeks. The good news is we are back up and running and almost ready to release the first single. I’ve posted a sneak peak in the music section if you want to give it a listen. Leave a comment or send me a message and let me know what you think!
I'm so excited to finally share the news that I'll be performing at the Beaumont Blues and Roots Festival 2019. The festival goes June 21 and June 22 in Beaumont, Alberta. Some of the other artists performing are: Matthew Good, Big Wreck, Bif Naked, the Watchmen, Ryan Langlois, Ken Stead, Nice Horse, Hometown Stereo...the list goes on and on. I cannot wait to take the stage with so many amazing artists! I play Friday, June 21 at 7:45pm.
My surgery went really well and my wrist has been healing up nicely. I am very busy writing new material and getting ready for my upcoming wedding in July! I can't think of a better way to celebrate than to get back on stage and play a show. When YEG Edmonton approached me to be part of their show on July 21 at Cha Island it was a no brainer for me...great venue and a great line up. I'm sure it'll be a wonderful night of amazing music. Come on out and say hi!
Well it was one day less a year to my last surgery and it was time to go back under the knife. My left wrist healed up very well and I'm hoping the right wrist will heal just as well. It's painful and it's definitely not fun to take time off but it'll be worth it in the end when I can finally play pain free again. I'll be writing a lot and I'm looking forward to sharing all the new tunes with you as soon as I'm able to!
Thank you everyone for the love and support and all the positive vibes and wishes!
My wrist has been healing really well and I'm thrilled to be back on stage tomorrow night! It's been a long wait and a lot of hard rehab but I can't think of a better first show back than the Alberta Strong Fundraiser for Fort Mac. I'm on stage at 5:00pm...click on the Shows tab for all the details.
